Nova คือแพลตฟอร์ม managed Linux server monitoring ที่โฮสต์ในประเทศไทย โดยใช้ NovaUI เป็น control plane, Grafana สำหรับ dashboards, Grafana Alloy บน hosts, Mimir สำหรับ metrics และ Loki สำหรับ logs

ผู้ดูแลระบบสร้าง collector ใน Nova จากนั้น Nova จะสร้าง one-time install token และคำสั่ง curl/bash สำหรับรันบน Linux host เมื่อเสร็จแล้ว Alloy จะดึง remote config จาก Nova และเริ่มส่ง metrics กับ logs

เป็นพฤติกรรมปกติ Supervisor service ใช้ long polling คือ agent จะเปิด request ค้างไว้เพื่อรอคำสั่งใหม่ แทนที่จะเชื่อมต่อใหม่ตลอดเวลา วิธีนี้ช่วยให้ Nova ตรวจและปรับ config ล่าสุดได้เร็ว เช่น Alloy settings, สิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ และการอัปเดต version พูดง่ายๆ คือ agent กำลังเช็กเป็นระยะว่ามีอะไรเปลี่ยนหรือไม่ เพื่อให้ server ของคุณอัปเดตอยู่เสมอ

V1 รวม Alloy health, Linux CPU, RAM, disk usage, disk I/O, network I/O, uptime, systemd journal logs และ fixed file log paths สูงสุด 3 paths ต่อ host ส่วน Docker metrics และ logs เปิดใช้ได้เป็นราย node

ยังไม่รองรับใน V1 รุ่นแรกตั้งใจโฟกัส managed Linux host monitoring ก่อน Windows monitoring, Kubernetes, Tempo traces, custom Alloy configs และ custom dashboard support ยังอยู่นอกขอบเขต V1

NovaUI เป็น identity source ผู้ใช้ login เข้า Nova แล้ว Nova ออก OIDC claims ที่มี tenant และ role เพื่อให้ Grafana map ผู้ใช้เข้า organization ที่ถูกต้องเป็น Admin, Editor หรือ Viewer

ราคายังไม่สรุปในช่วง private beta Proxima จะยืนยัน scope, จำนวน hosts, support needs และเงื่อนไขเชิงพาณิชย์ของ beta โดยตรงก่อน onboarding

ไม่ต้อง Nova host control plane และ monitoring stack ให้ คุณติดตั้ง collector บน Linux host ที่ต้องการ monitor เท่านั้น

ไม่ได้ Collector ต้องเชื่อมต่อ managed Nova control plane, CFG server, Mimir และ Loki ได้ ตัว server ยังต้องเข้าถึง https://github.com/grafana/alloy/releases/ เพื่อดาวน์โหลด Alloy binaries ระหว่าง install หลังติดตั้งแล้วสามารถ block URL นี้ได้ หากไม่ต้องการให้ hosts ออก internet Proxima สามารถคุยเรื่อง self-hosted control plane ได้ และมีแผนทำ Alloy download mirror ใน control plane

นิยามผลิตภัณฑ์ V1 ปัจจุบันวางเป้า metrics retention 1 ปี และ logs retention 90 วัน
