Nova V1 คือ private beta แบบมีทีมงานช่วยเหลือสำหรับ managed Linux server monitoring ที่โฮสต์โดย Proxima Technologies เงื่อนไขบนเว็บไซต์นี้สรุปขอบเขตผลิตภัณฑ์ปัจจุบันและไม่แทนที่ข้อตกลงลูกค้าที่ลงนามแล้ว
ขอบเขตบริการ
Nova ให้ hosted control plane, Grafana access, Alloy-based collection, essential dashboards, email alerts, metrics และ logs สำหรับ Linux hosts ที่รองรับ
Private Beta Onboarding
Tenant creation, billing setup และ initial customer access อาจดำเนินการด้วยมือโดยทีม Proxima ระหว่าง V1 Public self-service signup และ card payment ยังไม่อยู่ใน release ปัจจุบัน
สภาพแวดล้อมที่รองรับ
V1 โฟกัส Linux host monitoring Docker telemetry เปิดใช้ได้เป็นราย node ส่วน Windows monitoring, Kubernetes monitoring, traces, on-prem deployment, custom Alloy configs และ custom dashboards อยู่นอกขอบเขต V1 เว้นแต่ตกลงแยกต่างหาก
Billing
ราคา V1 ยังไม่สรุปในช่วง private beta เงื่อนไข beta billing, setup fees, included capacity หรือ expansion terms ต้องยืนยันโดยตรงกับ Proxima Technologies หรือครอบคลุมในข้อตกลงที่ลงนามแล้ว
ความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า
ลูกค้ารับผิดชอบการอนุมัติ host enrollment, รัน install commands เฉพาะบนระบบที่ได้รับอนุญาต และหลีกเลี่ยง secrets หรือ sensitive data ใน log paths เว้นแต่ข้อตกลงที่เกี่ยวข้องครอบคลุมไว้
