Grafana Alloy
Nova ติดตั้ง Grafana Alloy บน Linux hosts, จัดการ collector enrollment และ route host telemetry เข้า managed metrics, logs, dashboards และ alerts
Grafana Alloy คือ collector ที่ทำงานบน Linux host แต่ละเครื่อง Nova ใช้ Alloy เพราะเก็บ host metrics และ logs ได้, ทำงานเป็น service ได้ และสามารถ configure จากศูนย์กลางสำหรับ managed monitoring workflow ที่โฟกัสชัดเจน
ใน Nova V1 ลูกค้าไม่ต้องออกแบบ Alloy pipelines เองตั้งแต่ต้น Product จะสร้าง collector, ให้ install command และจัดการ remote configuration ที่รองรับ telemetry scope ตามที่กำหนด
Nova admin สร้าง collector ใน control plane และได้รับ installer ที่สร้างให้ Installer จะติดตั้ง Grafana Alloy, เขียน remote config URL, start Alloy service และให้ Nova track ได้ว่า collector online, warning, offline หรือ never connected
แนวทางนี้สร้าง enrollment path ที่ควบคุมได้ด้วย one-time tokens, tenant limits และ usage tracking แทน agent ที่ส่ง telemetry โดยไม่มี tenant context
Nova ดูแล tenant model, role mapping, collector status, remote config, gateway routing, Grafana organization mapping และ core dashboards เพื่อให้ลูกค้าโฟกัสที่ hosts ที่ monitor แทนการดูแล observability platform
