Nova private beta terms

Nova V1 is a staff-assisted private beta for managed Linux server monitoring hosted by Proxima Technologies. These website terms summarize the current product scope and do not replace a signed customer agreement.
Service Scope
Nova provides a hosted control plane, Grafana access, Alloy-based collection, essential dashboards, email alerts, metrics, and logs for supported Linux hosts.
Private Beta Onboarding
Tenant creation, billing setup, and initial customer access may be completed manually by Proxima staff during V1. Public self-service signup and card payment are not part of the current release.
Supported Environments
V1 is focused on Linux host monitoring. Docker telemetry can be enabled per node. Windows monitoring, Kubernetes monitoring, traces, on-prem deployment, custom Alloy configs, and custom dashboards are outside the V1 scope unless agreed separately.
Billing
V1 pricing is not finalized during private beta. Any beta billing, setup fees, included capacity, or expansion terms must be confirmed directly with Proxima Technologies or covered by a signed agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for approving host enrollment, running install commands only on authorized systems, and avoiding secrets or sensitive data in log paths unless covered by the applicable agreement.
